We may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice. All prices on the store are in NZD
Returns
If the recipient is not at the address specified when a delivery is made, NZPosts standard terms will be in place to arrange any redelivery or to follow any parcel leave directions you have with them.
If the delivery is not left in what we believe to be a safe location, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, other than if you have changed your mind, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, outlining your concerns, with photos if possible on [email protected].
We will then contact you to try to find a solution, which may include arranging for replacement of the items you have purchased or providing store credit, this is at our sole discretion.
Cancellation
We cannot cancel any order where the product has already been prepared or packed/delivery ordered. If cancellation is made within 24 hours we can offer a full refund.
