We use NZPost (further info/tracking/parcel leave options here) courier service to deliver anywhere in New Zealand. The rate is based on location and weight so to get as competitive a price for each customer. The rate will calculate during the cart/checkout process based on your order and location either entered or from your membership details.
Those in Clyde/Central Otago or Dunedin may wish to arrange to pick up rather than delivery and this can also be chosen at checkout and then we can arrange a suitable time for both you and us for that pick-up.
All orders are tracked and you should receive a track & trace email with the tracking link. If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please contact Tania or the team on 021 557 427 or by emailing [email protected]
Our dispatch process
All orders are picked when an order payment has been received. We then order pick up by the couriers at there next available pick up and Track and Trace will keep you informed of progress. Pickups by the courier are generally Mon-Fri with most delivery options being an overnight business day delivery type although inter-island and rural delivery locations can be a few more days.
