Gingerbread can be tricky on a keto diet since it usually requires molasses & lots of brown sugar to get that deep flavour, but Justine’s have specially crafted an easy to follow baking mix & the recipe to follow with simple instructions.

Justine’s Gingerbread cake mix is made with almond meal & coconut flour. No wheat or gluten is used & we use only natural ingredients.

This mix is sweetened with erythritol, so you can enjoy that keto-friendly moreish spicy gingerbread cake you so deserve!

What is so special?

Well, most importantly Justine’s kept it super low carb. This bake mix contains only 8.9g Carbs per 100g serve, but when it is made up, you can enjoy a slice of Justine’s ketolicious gingerbread cake knowing you are only consuming 1.5g carbs per slice! Now that’s a carb saver right there.

What You Will Need
260g Eggs
120g Milk Or Almond Milk
60g Vegetable Oil
338g Justine’s Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cake Mix

Instructions.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil. Whisk together.
Add Justine’s Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cake Mix & mix well till combined & no lumps.
Line a 20 cm cake pan with baking paper & grease sides with oil spray.
Fill pan with batter.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch, or when a toothpick or fork tine inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings.
Will keep well stored in an air tight container for a week.
